Attorney Chang Eunseo earned a Bachelor of Laws from Yonsei University and a Master of Laws from Sogang University Graduate School, completing the 35th Judicial Research and Training Institute program. She gained extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors while serving as Legal Team Leader, Head of Litigation, and Compliance Officer at Hanwha Group and its affiliates. Notably, she handled major legal affairs, including the sale of Hanwha buildings in Janggyo-dong, Yeouido, and Seosomun, RG insurance indemnity litigation, reinsurance payment settlements, the Fair Trade Commission’s decision of no violation in the helicopter insurance collusion case, and the establishment of Carrot General Insurance. She is currently a partner at Law Firm Sanwoo, specializing in insurance law, capital markets law, corporate law, fair trade law, and various other legal fields.
