Chung, Woo TaikAdvisor
Mr. Jung Woo-taik, Senior Advisor, is a veteran public leader and former senior economic official with extensive experience across government administration and legislative affairs. A five-term member of the National Assembly, he also served as Vice Speaker of the 21st National Assembly, playing a central role in parliamentary leadership and governance. He further built a distinguished public service career as Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and Governor of Chungcheongbuk-do, gaining broad experience in both central and local government. He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a degree in law, earned a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University, and pursued doctoral studies in economics at the University of Hawai‘i. Drawing on this depth of public leadership and policy expertise, he currently serves as Senior Advisor to SANWOO LLC, contributing valued insight and strategic counsel.
